Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Admin Officer to support US-based employees and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage local administrative tasks and coordinate with external vendors and partners
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based roles and maintain accurate recruitment data
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations in the US
  • Solid understanding of US HR practices and employee lifecycle
  • Experience with HRIS / ATS tools
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
