Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management for various programs including employee recognition, focus groups, Town Hall meetings, planning sessions
  • Event management and planning for corporate functions and Board meetings, including arranging catering, booking locations, and supporting logistics
  • Providing dedicated administrative support to the CEO and other members of the Executive Team, including travel arrangements and expense reports
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years experience supporting executive leadership with an office administration background
  • Strong ability to take initiative and demonstrate autonomy on projects and tasks
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a remote environment for a geographically diverse organization
  • Post secondary education in office administration or a related field (preferred)
