Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management for various programs including employee recognition, focus groups, Town Hall meetings, planning sessions
- Event management and planning for corporate functions and Board meetings, including arranging catering, booking locations, and supporting logistics
- Providing dedicated administrative support to the CEO and other members of the Executive Team, including travel arrangements and expense reports
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years experience supporting executive leadership with an office administration background
- Strong ability to take initiative and demonstrate autonomy on projects and tasks
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a remote environment for a geographically diverse organization
- Post secondary education in office administration or a related field (preferred)
