Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Services (HR) & Finance Generalist to support HR and Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and maintain employee records
  • Assist with payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance leadership to improve operational efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administration, accounting, or operations support
  • Experience with payroll and accounting functions preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a multi-state or co-employment/PEO environment preferred
