Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate scheduling and assist with onboarding and payroll processes
- Maintain an organized office environment and coordinate logistics for team events
- Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects and internal meetings
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in people operations, office coordination, or administrative support
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll tools, or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
