Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Support HR administrative functions, such as benefits administration and maintaining HR databases

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
  • Knowledge of multi-country employment laws and regulations
