Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR & Talent Manager who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Design and improve the new hire onboarding experience to ensure quick ramp-up and employee satisfaction
- Build and manage performance review cycles and establish goal-setting frameworks in collaboration with leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of HR management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced SMB environment
- Proven experience in owning hiring processes end-to-end
- Track record of building or improving HR programs from the ground up
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ATS tools
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of follow-through
