Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Talent Manager who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Design and improve the new hire onboarding experience to ensure quick ramp-up and employee satisfaction
  • Build and manage performance review cycles and establish goal-setting frameworks in collaboration with leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of HR management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced SMB environment
  • Proven experience in owning hiring processes end-to-end
  • Track record of building or improving HR programs from the ground up
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ATS tools
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of follow-through
