Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the fully remote HR Assistant will manage the HR email inbox, maintain employee records, and assist with HRIS reporting while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Address employee requests and questions, delivering outstanding customer service
- Manage daily HR inbox inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
- Assist with HRIS reporting to support analytics and metrics collation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Paycom is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit strong collaboration skills
