Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support, the fully remote HR Assistant will manage the HR email inbox, maintain employee records, and assist with HRIS reporting while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Address employee requests and questions, delivering outstanding customer service
  • Manage daily HR inbox inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
  • Assist with HRIS reporting to support analytics and metrics collation
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Paycom is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit strong collaboration skills
