Job Summary

To support the HR department's operations, the full-time HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks, assist with onboarding and compliance, and ensure adherence to employment laws while working onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist with background screening and onboarding compliance for new employees
  • Conduct initial orientations and follow up on outstanding items for newly hired employees
  • Research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
