Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time HR Assistant will coordinate interview scheduling, support candidates through the onboarding process, and manage requisition audits while ensuring compliance with hiring operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and travel logistics to enhance candidate interactions
- Support candidates post-offer by providing guidance throughout the onboarding process
- Manage requisition audits and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and process excellence
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer interaction or administrative support roles
- 5+ years of experience managing Outlook calendars and scheduling interviews
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and managing candidate pipelines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
