Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time HR Assistant will coordinate interview scheduling, support candidates through the onboarding process, and manage requisition audits while ensuring compliance with hiring operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and travel logistics to enhance candidate interactions
  • Support candidates post-offer by providing guidance throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage requisition audits and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and process excellence
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer interaction or administrative support roles
  • 5+ years of experience managing Outlook calendars and scheduling interviews
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and managing candidate pipelines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
