Job Summary

Supporting the HR department in a full-time remote capacity, the HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks, assist with onboarding compliance, and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees and manage background screening processes
  • Assist in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborate in HR initiatives and manage assigned email inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
