Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Assistant (Security) to provide support on the HR Security team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Team with all elements of the employee life cycle, including new hire standards and off-boarding processes
- Assist with audits related to the employee life cycle
- Document and track compliance actions through dashboards, reports, and logs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of proven experience in an HR-related field
- Ability to work onsite in McAllen, TX as needed
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft software
