Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Assistant (Security) to provide support on the HR Security team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Team with all elements of the employee life cycle, including new hire standards and off-boarding processes
  • Assist with audits related to the employee life cycle
  • Document and track compliance actions through dashboards, reports, and logs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an HR-related field
  • Ability to work onsite in McAllen, TX as needed
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft software
