Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Associate to support the HR department and manage the onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and documentation
  • Process payroll for all employees and ensure compliance with federal and state tax requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and support benefits enrollment for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or payroll
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong aptitude for learning new systems and navigating technology efficiently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity
