Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Care Professional HR Associate will manage high-volume inquiries related to employee lifecycle processes, including issue resolution, compliance, and HR support while working a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in the full lifecycle of Care Professional complaints and HR-related escalations, ensuring timely resolutions
- Manage high-volume ticket processing and respond to HR inquiries within a 24-hour service level agreement
- Coach market teams on best practices and present trends to HR leadership for process improvement recommendations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in HR and 2+ years in customer service
- Bachelor's degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day consistently
