HR Associate Relations Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Relations Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HR, Field Managers, Loss Prevention, and Legal on associate relations concerns
• Counsels and guides leaders and associates, documenting case details in the call service management system
• Monitors trends to identify problem areas and provides feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in Associate Relations or as an HR Generalist
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of federal and state law regulations related to employee relations and benefits
• Experience with Navex Ethics Point Case Management system is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and HR Systems
