HR Benefits Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Benefits and Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reconciliations related to benefits and compliance using Excel
• Assist with the management of health, welfare, retirement, and risk benefits during Open Enrollment and evaluate benefit programs
• Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements and ensure adherence to federal and state laws regarding employment and benefits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, employee benefits, HR compliance, risk insurance, or compensation
• Experience in accounting for reconciliations is strongly desired
• Education requirements include a High School Diploma/GED with 13 years of experience, an Associate's Degree with 7 years, a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years, or a Master's Degree with 4 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements
