Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Benefits Coordinator to provide administrative support for employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer U.S. 401(k) payroll contribution files and ensure accurate vendor transmission
  • Reconcile benefit vendor billing and maintain records for employee leaves of absence
  • Assist with daily administration of benefit plans and support employee benefit inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or benefits administration
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and web-based systems
  • Positive attitude and ability to establish good working relationships
