Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Benefits Coordinator to provide administrative support for employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer U.S. 401(k) payroll contribution files and ensure accurate vendor transmission
- Reconcile benefit vendor billing and maintain records for employee leaves of absence
- Assist with daily administration of benefit plans and support employee benefit inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or benefits administration
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and web-based systems
- Positive attitude and ability to establish good working relationships
