Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Benefits Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer weekly U.S. 401(k) payroll contribution files and ensure accurate transmission to vendors
- Reconcile benefit vendor billing and maintain accurate records for employee leaves of absence
- Assist with daily administration of benefit plans and support Tier 1 employee benefit inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or benefits administration
- High School Diploma required; a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and web-based systems
- Positive attitude and ability to establish good working relationships
