Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations
  • Analyze benefits data and trends to provide strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration or similar HR role
  • Professional certification such as CEBS or PHR preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software
