Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR/Benefits Specialist to support human resources operations related to benefits and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key resource for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leaves of absence
  • Manage benefits administration activities, including open enrollment and new hire orientation
  • Evaluate and process requests for Leaves of Absences and ADA accommodations
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR support function
  • Experience with benefit administration is required; leave of absence administration is preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly recommended
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and HRIS systems
