Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist (Contract) to manage HR operations and benefits administration during a critical period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and benefits administration across U.S. and UK
  • Manage U.S. Open Enrollment, 401(k) audit support, and compliance training
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and respond to HR inquiries


Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in People Operations or HR
  • Strong experience with U.S. benefits administration and leave management
  • Experience with 401(k) audits and Form 5500 filings
  • Familiarity with UK pension administration and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of Workday
