Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR/Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR and benefits programs, including employee lifecycle processes and health plans
- Perform data audits and ensure accurate benefits enrollments in the HRIS
- Respond to escalated service requests and assist with the open enrollment process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree with three years; or a Bachelor's degree with one to two years; or a Master's degree in a related field
- Preferred certifications include SHRM or HRCI and CEBS
- 3+ years of experience in Health & Welfare Benefit plan administration and compliance programs
- Experience with tuition assistance programs and employee lifecycle processes
- Proficiency in HRIS and related software applications
