Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the main contact for benefits-related inquiries
  • Plan and coordinate annual open enrollment activities and manage employee leave of absences
  • Ensure compliance with regulations governing employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years' experience in benefits administration or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certifications preferred; CEBS or CBP certifications a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/benefits administration software
