Key Responsibilities
- Map current-state workflows and develop future-state process recommendations
- Lead cross-functional PX initiatives from intake to execution, ensuring clear scope and documentation
- Identify and pilot AI-enabled solutions to streamline PX workflows and improve self-service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-6+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Business Analysis
- Experience supporting Workday-enabled processes
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Experience in change management or journey mapping
