Key Responsibilities
  • Map current-state workflows and develop future-state process recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional PX initiatives from intake to execution, ensuring clear scope and documentation
  • Identify and pilot AI-enabled solutions to streamline PX workflows and improve self-service
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-6+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Business Analysis
  • Experience supporting Workday-enabled processes
  • Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in change management or journey mapping
