HR Business Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time HR Business Analyst will support student employment operations by troubleshooting system issues, managing data integrity, and delivering exceptional support to campus stakeholders, while working remotely with occasional in-person attendance required.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve and triage JobX and SAP support requests through ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage security access, and provide user support
- Analyze business processes and recommend system and workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience
- Experience working with enterprise systems or databases, preferably SAP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
