• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical team leaders, coaching them on leadership and operational complexities
• Design and implement scalable team structures in collaboration with Clinical Operations, leading change initiatives
• Drive performance cycles and talent planning with a focus on equity and continuous development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth or healthcare organization
• Ability to make sound decisions in complex and ambiguous situations
• Experience in change leadership and project management
• Deep understanding of Labor and Employment law with a balanced approach to growth and accountability
• Genuine passion for expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare
