Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience in Business Partner or generalist roles, preferably in retail
• Proven ability to lead through change and build strong relationships across the organization
• Broad knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and make actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; HR certifications are a plus
