Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, HR Business Partner / Colleague Strategic Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping and executing organizational strategies
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy to strengthen business performance and leadership capability
• Lead and drive proactive development, engagement, retention, and succession strategies for critical talent

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of HR related or organizational consulting experience
• Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Experience in multiple Human Resource disciplines, including talent management and leadership development
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of business strategy and its impacts
• A global mindset with experiences across different countries and cultures
