Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, HR Business Partner / Colleague Strategic Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping and executing organizational strategies
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy to strengthen business performance and leadership capability
- Lead and drive proactive development, engagement, retention, and succession strategies for critical talent
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of HR related or organizational consulting experience
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Experience in multiple Human Resource disciplines, including talent management and leadership development
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of business strategy and its impacts
- A global mindset with experiences across different countries and cultures
