HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Seeking an HR Business Partner, the full-time remote role will manage client relationships, develop AI-powered HR workflows, and support employee relations while collaborating with the HRBP team to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client groups as a trusted advisor throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on team effectiveness and engagement initiatives
• Build and implement AI-driven HRBP workflows, including process mapping and policy structuring, while leading training and success metrics for AI tools
• Handle employee relations tasks such as PIP preparation, investigations, and conflict mediation during team absences

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on HRBP functions, including experience with AI or automation in HR processes
• Proficiency in experimenting with AI tools and transforming concepts into practical solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and collaborate with senior stakeholders effectively
• Strong data literacy skills, with the ability to analyze people data and provide actionable insights to leadership
