Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with managers and leaders across various business units
  • Provide guidance and advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR business partnering or HR management roles
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, change management, and compensation
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals
