Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and consultation to employees, administer HRIS systems, and support managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Assess employee development needs, implement training initiatives, and drive employee engagement
  • Manage ad hoc HR projects, provide local support for corporate HR initiatives, and assist with global HR issues

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience in a technology company supporting R&D and Product teams
  • Knowledge of all functional disciplines of HR Management and HR compliance in the US (experience with Canada/Brazil is a plus)
  • Understanding of US immigration laws, experience with M&A integration in private equity companies is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR systems/tools for data-backed decision-making
  • Relevant education (university degree in Human Resources) and professional certifications are a plus
