Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide coaching, problem resolution, and guidance on employee-related topics
Partner with functional leaders to create and enable solutions for client services teams
Manage employee relations, leave accommodations, onboarding processes, and HR process improvement projects

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of HR experience with 2 years at a business partnering level
Experience in tech sales and/or outsourcing industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or relevant HR certification
Experience in managing leave accommodations and HRIS systems
Comprehensive knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
