Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (Contract/Temp.) in the United States - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to senior levels of management
Design and drive strategic people-related plans for various teams and functions
Partner with stakeholders to conduct investigations and resolve workplace concerns

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of relevant HR business partner experience
5+ years of experience in a mid-size, fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience in HR
In-depth knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and employment laws
