HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit
• Consults with management on strategic planning and development of HR strategies
• Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area
• 5+ years of HRBP experience in a tech or engineering firm
• Experience supporting a minimum of 300 FTEs
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
• Ability to analyze HRIS data to influence outcomes
