Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive employee engagement
  • Design and implement talent management frameworks and support high-volume hiring initiatives
  • Serve as a key contact for employee relations and compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience with an organization of 800+ employees
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with post-merger integration strongly preferred
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
