HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner in human resources at the segment or division level.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups across various locations
• Assist with the implementation and management of corporate HR policies and programs
• Resolve employee relations issues and facilitate organization and leadership development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or at least 1 year as an Associate HRBP
• Relevant professional training or experience may substitute for a degree
• Preferred: Previous corporate HR experience
• Preferred: SHRM Certification (PHR or SPHR)
