Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner - R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic partnership to Engineering & Product leaders on scaling, org structure, and team effectiveness
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and decision-making
• Lead performance processes, talent assessments, and employee relations for R&D

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in an HRBP role supporting technical teams in high-growth SaaS or product-driven companies
• Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior technical leaders
• Experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing effective interventions
• Deep coaching experience with managers and senior individual contributors
• Ability to quickly understand technical environments and R&D operating rhythms
