Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. managers and leaders, aligning people strategies to business goals
- Coach managers on team leadership, performance, career development, and employee relations
- Design, refine, and implement HR programs, policies, and processes for the U.S. organization
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner in a global, fast-paced tech or healthcare environment
- Experience supporting a U.S. employee population with knowledge of U.S. employment practices and regulations
- Proven ability to build programs and processes while balancing strategic vision and tactical execution
- Strong knowledge across multiple HR disciplines including org development, talent management, and change management
- Highly data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
