Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their People team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. managers and leaders, aligning people strategies to business goals
• Coach managers on team leadership, performance, career development, and employee relations
• Design, refine, and implement HR programs, policies, and processes for the U.S. organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner in a global, fast-paced tech or healthcare environment
• Experience supporting a U.S. employee population with knowledge of U.S. employment practices and regulations
• Proven ability to build programs and processes while balancing strategic vision and tactical execution
• Strong knowledge across multiple HR disciplines including org development, talent management, and change management
• Highly data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
