Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and change leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders on people strategy and talent decisions
  • Lead and manage cross-functional People initiatives from design through implementation
  • Build strong relationships across levels and functions to drive alignment and accountability
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
  • Demonstrated success partnering with leaders in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of federal employment law and state-level requirements
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise without direct authority
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
