Required Qualifications

• Approximately 8 years of experience in HR/People Ops, particularly in scaling organizations
• Expertise in compensation frameworks and employee relations
• Experience in building and implementing training programs for management teams
• Knowledge of US employment law and compliance
• Proficiency in using HRIS and compensation management tools
