Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner for IT and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic alignment and adaptability of HR processes to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and Associate Value Proposition
  • Guide performance management, associate development, and retention strategies to enhance team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a business partner role
  • Experience supporting IT functions and strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Familiarity with data analytics and project management in a dynamic environment
