HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support day-to-day People Operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, team members, and regional leadership
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management support
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, prepare HR documentation, and analyze trends

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience (multi-site preferred)
• Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now; Salesforce or similar tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus
