- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure compliance
- Provide performance management guidance and enhance employee engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Two (2) years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
