Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure compliance
  • Provide performance management guidance and enhance employee engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Three (3) years of Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Two (2) years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
