Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver talent strategies and operational plans
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of HR experience in Business Partner roles, preferably in high growth or technology environments
• Experience working with global and international teams
• Ability to build strong relationships across leadership teams and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to shift from strategy to execution effectively
• Analytical mindset with a track record of developing data-driven solutions
