Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience, including 3 years in Human Resources focused on People Operations
  • Proven record of effectively supporting managers in complex people situations
  • Experience working with diverse levels across the organization
  • Strong data reporting skills and ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Knowledge of HR policies and regulations; relevant training or certifications are welcome
