Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees in all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively support managers and employees in making people-centric decisions
• Collaborate with the People team to deliver excellence in performance management and employee engagement
• Assist in coaching managers and developing career path frameworks for employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience, including 3 years in Human Resources focused on People Operations
• Proven record of effectively supporting managers in complex people situations
• Experience working with diverse levels across the organization
• Strong data reporting skills and ability to make data-informed decisions
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations; relevant training or certifications are welcome
