  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee relations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
  • Experience supporting managers through coaching and performance management
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
