Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development
- Experience supporting managers through coaching and performance management
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
