Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals

• Serve as the primary contact for HR-related matters and coach managers on effective leadership practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering or related roles
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in coaching and developing managers
• Proven track record of using data to influence leadership decisions
