Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on day-to-day P&C matters, escalating complex issues as needed
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, focusing on coaching, development, and performance management
• Contribute to P&C operations improvement and ensure compliance with local legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, Advisor, or People Business Partner role
• Solid knowledge of US employment law and employee lifecycle management
• Ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgments
• Commercial awareness and comfort working in a global team across time zones
• A systems mindset with a focus on process improvement
