Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, Advisor, or People Business Partner role
  • Solid knowledge of US employment law and employee lifecycle management
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgments
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working in a global team across time zones
  • A systems mindset with a focus on process improvement
