Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of HR Business Partner experience, particularly in non-exempt/hourly environments
  • Hands-on experience advising on FLSA, pay practices, and employee relations matters
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence decision-making
  • Experience analyzing HR data and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
