Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner, Sales & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Service leadership to design and execute workforce and talent strategies
• Own performance management processes end-to-end, including goal setting and accountability
• Analyze engagement, attrition, and productivity data to identify trends and implement action plans

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of HR Business Partner experience, particularly in non-exempt/hourly environments
• Hands-on experience advising on FLSA, pay practices, and employee relations matters
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence decision-making
• Experience analyzing HR data and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
