Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner (Product & Creative).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Creative leaders to refine roles and responsibilities and enhance team delivery
• Advise managers on performance management and career development while coaching emerging leaders
• Drive the execution of performance culture, including leading the semi-annual review process

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech or creative organizations
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices relevant to Product and Creative teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to solve complex problems through data analysis
• Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders
