Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner- Tech to support its Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HRBP for the Engineering organization, addressing complex people-related issues
  • Partner with engineering leaders to provide coaching that drives clarity and accountability
  • Lead talent processes, ensuring fair and consistent performance management and decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in a high-growth product or engineering environment
  • Experience working with technical or engineering teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and performance management issues
  • Comfortable using data to inform recommendations and drive actions
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is a plus
